Mr. Sachendra Tummala: Managing Director
Mr. Sachendra Tummala is an accomplished entrepreneur with the vision and breadth of experience to ensure that Customers receive the attention to detail and customer support that they require ensuring their success. He is well grounded in technology having started his career as a Technical Specialist with Silicon Graphics and then moving on to Imation and finally Lucent Technologies where he served as a Financial Consultant. He as a Serial Entrepreneur and an Investor had started and funded many companies across IT, Healthcare and Media.
He is a distinguished Graduate of the SMU Cox School of Business having earned an Executive MBA. This Program coupled with his vast Industry experience has equipped him with state-of-art Sales and Marketing Skills, as well as provided him exposure to the latest in Business Finance tools and Entrepreneurial skills and has provided Sachin a wealth of information to draw from when making decisions affecting the future growth of his company.He was recognized as "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Indian American Friendship Council - 2005 March, Dallas TX. He is a member of Indian Angel Network, Member YPO and Chairman of the Mentorship committee, TIE.
Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Tandon: Non-Executive - Non-Independent Director
Sanjiv Kumar is a Qualified Chartered Accountant having more than 15 years of rich experience in the field of Finance & Accounts in different organizations mainly in IT and Related Sectors. He has worked extensively on all the core functions of Finance and Accounts which includes:, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Handling of IPO, Merger and Acquisition, Transfer Pricing, Internal Control Procedures, Statutory compliances, Process Automation, Budget, MIS, Staff training and Development etc.
He has also headed the HR and Administration function in various organizations. He has contributed in Design, Development &Implementation of Performance &People Growth Related Programs and other core function of HR for more than eight years, that includes: Conceptualizing, Designing and Executing various HR Policies and processes like Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Competency Mapping, Career Progression, Pay Roll Management, Statutory Compliances etc.
Mr. Sadhanala Venkata Rao: Non-Executive - Non-Independent Director
Mr. Sadhanala Venkata Rao is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and Law Graduate having more than three decades of experience in handling a diverse team of Finance, Legal and Secretarial and Managing Finance effectively, Legal Compliance, Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Public Issues, Private Equity deals Contract/Litigation Management and Secretarial functions. He has previously worked with various corporates and work as an Independent Corporate and Financial Consultant.
Mr. P Raji Reddy: Non-Executive - Independent Director
Mr. P Raji Reddy holds the office of Independent Director of the Company. He is a Post-Graduate in Business Management. His rich experience helps in handling the administrative affairs of the Company.
Mrs. Sridevi Nadela: Non-Executive - Independent Director
Mrs. Sridevi Nadela has done her Post-Graduation in Business Administration and has been associated with Company as Independent Director for last 8 years.She guides the Management in operations of the Company.
